Use and service delivery
Terms and Conditions
These terms govern use of the SinoLine website and portal and requests for sourcing and import management. The accepted quotation or signed contract defines each project’s scope, price and timeline.
1. Scope
These terms apply to the website, portal, forms and digital channels of SinoLine Trading & Import. By using them or creating an account, you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.
2. Account and authority
You must be legally able and authorised to act for yourself or the business you represent, and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for protecting credentials and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised use.
3. Requests, quotations and contracts
Submitting a request does not create a duty to perform or a final price. A commitment starts when scope, price and payment terms are accepted in a SinoLine quotation or contract. The accepted document prevails over general website descriptions.
4. Import-management scope
Depending on the accepted document, a project may include product review, supplier search, verification, negotiation, samples, inspection, documentation, shipping and delivery coordination. Shipping is a stage within the agreed import project. Extra work requires written approval.
5. Suppliers and inspection
We apply professional care to search, verification and inspection within the agreed scope. Inspection cannot eliminate hidden defects or changes after inspection. Client-approved specifications and acceptance criteria remain the project reference.
6. Client responsibilities
The client must provide correct specifications, data and documents; review samples, reports and approvals on time; and pay amounts due. The client is responsible for consequences of missing information, delayed decisions or products that breach applicable rules.
7. Prices, payment and cancellation
Currency, fees, instalments, taxes, expenses and cancellation or refund terms are stated in the accepted quotation or contract. External supplier, transport or official costs may change before they are fixed under that document.
8. Content and acceptable use
Website, brand, content and design rights remain with their owners. You may not disrupt or probe the service, use another person’s account, upload harmful or unlawful material, or republish commercial content without permission.
9. Liability and force majeure
The accepted quotation or contract defines the parties’ liability to the extent allowed by law. A party is not in delay because of an event beyond reasonable control if it informs the other party and takes reasonable steps to reduce the effect.
10. Privacy, contact and changes
The Privacy Policy explains data handling. We may update these terms when services or requirements change; the latest version and date appear here. Contact info@sinoline.sa with questions.
